Ice Domain

Granted Power:  Turn or destroy Fire creatures as a good cleric turns undead.  Rebuke or command Ice creatures as an evil Cleric rebukes or commands undead.  Use these abilities a total number of times per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier.

1. Ray of Frost Ray deals 1d3 cold damage.
2. Shatter Sonic vibration damages objects or crystalline creatures.
3. Protection from Elements Absorbs 12 damage/level from one kind of energy.
4. Quench Extinguishes nonmagical fire or one magic item.
5. Ice Storm Hail deals 5d6 damage in cylinder 40ft. across.
6. Wall of Ice Ice Plane creates wall with 15 hp +1/level, or hemisphere can trap creatures inside.
7. Cone of Cold 1d6 cold damage per level.
8. Otiluke's Freezing Sphere Freezes water or deals cold damage.
9. Prismatic Spray A Prismatic Wall but surrounds all sides.
