Arr-Kelaan Software	Although the campaign world is 2nd edition, many of the tools work well for 3e.
Mythosa	This is a must visit site. TableSmith is one of the most useful programs I've found. Also, Campaign Sage and Wilderness Mapper are worth the download.
World of Farland	Some amazing generators and ideas. I'd say it is well worth taking the time to check out.
Map Mage	A group who produces aids for role-playing games. They provide various generators and best of all they are all free.
Alan's Dungeon Master's Tools	Plenty of good programs. Very simple and varied, well worth the trip
