Lizardfolk
The great soldier race of the Empire, the lizardfold have breed courage and
great strength into their bloodlines. Unlike wild lizardmen, these
warriors use sophisticated combat techniques and are known as efficient war
leaders throughout the realm. Blessed by the god Merrshaulk, these
warriors share in the unity of the triumvirate of the Empire.
Seldom do they ever leave the structured ranks of the Empire, but adult
lizardfolk have been known to wander far from others of their race on solo
quests. Their natural animosity towards "lesser" examples of
their species has let them to decimate entire tribes of wild lizardfold.
It is widely believed that their ancestral deity Semuanya long ago lost
Traykon's lizardfolk to Merrshaulk and their ascension in prominence has led
Semuanya to abandon Traykon completely.
